I’m back from the dead albeit with the assistance of DayQuil™ and Sudafed™. I was down for 2 days with some nasty crud that featured such symptoms as sniffling, coughing, and general achiness. On Wednesday I slept most of the day with multiple doses of NyQuil™. This post is sounding like an advertisement for cold remedies.

Moving on.

My exercise regimen has taken a back seat to getting healthy again. I expected this would happen and the last time I got sick my gym attendance fizzled out completely. This weekend I’ll ease back into it with a few visits doing a little lifting and a little cardio and then on Monday I’ll be back into full swing again.

I’m not going to quit this time. Mark my words!

Unfortunately my lovely wife, Ivy, has picked up my cold. For this I’m deeply sorry and I’m going to spoil her rotten this weekend. I just hope she still feels up to going to her work party!
