Workout Update

I’m still plodding along the fitness front. First, the stats:

  • Starting Weight / Body Fat: 385 / 42.1%
  • Current Weight / Body Fat: 310 / 36.2%
  • Short-Term Goal: 299.99
  • Long-Term Goal: 240
  • Total Loss: 75 lbs / 5.9% body fat

I’m sticking with my 5-day routine for now and leaving the weekends to recharge the batteries. As the workouts get more intense I find myself really cherishing the weekends. No lifting, no cardio, just existing and spending time with my honey. I think we’re going to start packing our weekends fuller than we had been because we’re just not seeing each other enough during the week. I’m awake 3 hours earlier and she’s up 3 hours later.

There’s nothing else really to report. I’ll have a podcast up this weekend for sure.
